After the walk look out for food, beverage, a bazaar and performances by rappers Caprice and Te'Xtrano, ISKL band "The Sects", the ISKL Singers, and ISKL breakdancing group the "Soul Bratz", as well as a cultural show sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism!

WHY? The net proceeds from this event go towards the Malaysian NGO Shelter: Home for Children, and their work to aid disadvantaged, neglected and abused Malaysian youth. Learn more about Shelter's charity work at their website (www.shelterhome.org) and support our cause!

WHERE? Lake Gardens, Taman Tasik Perdana, KL. Meet at the carparks! How to get there? We recommend that you arrange to be dropped off or take a taxi to the Lake Gardens , or take the KTM Komuter to the Bank Negara Station or the National Mosque station, and it's just a short walk or taxi ride to the park.

If you really must drive, we suggest you carpool and park at the parking bays in the Bukit Aman parking lot or the parking lot behind the Royal Lake Club. The walk site is a short walk away. Good for warming up. You can also park at other venues, eg. the Tugu Monument, Tang Ling Hawker Centre and the Lake Garden Mosque, but they are further away than the two cited above.

Roads leading to the walk site “Tapak A” will be closed to traffic between 7.00am and 1.00pm on 22 May 2010.
